Heart - Scott's Heart

A friend had a very cool, very modern apartment where he broke a large mirror and then glued the mirror on to one of the walls of the apartment. Some of the pieces were glued together. I was always fascinated with the wall and with the shape that is in this drawing. I always saw it as flowers but Scott saw it as a heart.
Not sure on the size of this one. It's tucked away somewhere but I'm not pulling it out to measure. Can you say "lazy"? It's probably close to 24 x 36 or 24 x 48. I do know it was drawn with color pencils.
Hopefully next week I will be back on track with On the Fence but I can't guarantee it.

Did you see the episode of Everybody Loves Raymond, where Marie his mother takes a sculpting class and creates an art piece... if you need more info ... I'll share it privately...it's one of those paintings that speaks to the eye of the beholder... a broken heart or a budding flower....

HA! We were just talking about that episode last week here at the office because we had an unveiling of a marble sculpture here at our office. I didn't watch a lot of Everybody Loves Raymond but that one was one of my favorite episodes of the ones I did see! Too funny that you are now mentioning it. :)
